Nick is a no pressure and very professional
We first began working with Nick Hajrulla in early 2003. We told him that, while we knew we would be moving eventually (with plans to outgrow our two bedroom townhouse), we weren’t anxious, and wanted to take our time to find something that really suited us; we were looking for THE house, the one we would fall in love with at first sight. Nick understood us, and began emailing us every listing which fit our criteria. Not once did he pressure us; rather, WE would pressure HIM when we came across a listing that interested us. Thus began what turned out to be a one-and-a-half year quest. Nick tirelessly sought to make us happy, never once suggesting that we so much as change our specifications, house-wise or price-wise. Finally, this summer, we found THE house, and Nick helped us every step of the way, from how to make the best offer to how to accept the best offer on the home we were then selling. Nick was so very sympathetic to the stresses of buying and selling a home that he often fixed problems before we even knew they existed, keeping our stress levels at a minimum. Ours was a fast move, and it all happened without any real glitches, even saving us money with each minor inconvenience that did occur. Sage and John Hedges, Jefferson NJ
You have a story to tell about me. You've worked with me, and I've helped you buy or sell a home. I need your feedback. Others need your feedback, too! Please take a moment to fill out this form and tell me how I did...
Pricing >The Listing Agent
Only approximately 2% of all listings nationwide are sold by the listing agent. When you list your house with me, I will try my best to sell it myself, but more importantly, I will simply get it sold.
Colleagues in my firm or real estate agents who are affiliated with a cooperating broker may sell my listings. This is why I work hard to maintain a reputation for being very professional and easy to work with. I make the homes I list as easy as possible for other real estate agents to preview or show to buyers.
When you select a real estate agent to market your property, you are hiring them not only for their list of prospective buyers, but for their ability to tap the lists of other people in the business. I constantly lobby among my competition, asking if they have seen my listings, getting feedback and urging them to add my listings to the short lists that they show when they have a prospective buyer.
